Collaboration Index
What is the Collaboration Index?
The Collaboration Index is intended to help individuals focus and evaluate key behaviours, values and beliefs that are important to the individual, team and organisation. The specific self-assessment questions are intended to trigger personal reflection about these key behaviours/values/beliefs that are associated with specific collaborative practices.
What it does
The self-report assessment can be used as a stand-alone device to assess the collaborative culture within a team and organisational environment, as well as profiling the individual beliefs and values about the culture within the organisation. When combined, the questions relate to:
- Environment
- Communication
- Trust
- Power
- Vision
The results and information from the Collaboration Index provide a helpful resource for organisations to build a learning plan around their developmental needs as a collaborative group. From this point, the organisation, teams and individuals can identify areas of interest for further exploration and enhancement.
How it helps you:
- Employee retention
- Workplace stability
- Innovation
- Idea generation
- Enables different approaches to problems where individuals can constructively explore their differences and search for solutions that go beyond their own vision of what is possible.
- Experience and knowledge that helps to get the work done
