Golden

What it is:
Creates a profile on the basis of an individual’s decision-making and the way they relate to other people. The classic Jungian 4-letter personality type is used and a fifth element for stress, however, the subtle facets that make up that type are explored. Unlike other personality assessments, the Golden is unique in that it:
- Is geared toward identifying behaviours
- Include thirty-six Facet Scales within four Global Scales, clearly allowing individual personalities to emerge
- Has an additional Global scale with two additional Facet Scales, which measures responses to daily stressors
What it does:
- Individual ability to better understand their own and others actions, feelings and relationships
- Build a solid foundation for team development dialogue
- Understand an individual’s work style relative to others
- Drives higher performance in individuals and in teams
- Ability to understand and communicate areas for personal leadership development
- Understanding motivations and thinking styles of others
-
The measure specifically explores:
- Where you focus your energy (Extraverting vs Introverting)
- How you gather information (Sensing vs Intuiting)
- How you make decisions (Thinking vs Feeling)
- How you approach life (Organizing vs Adapting)
- How you respond to stress (Tense vs Calm)
How it helps you:
Can be applied to:
- Leadership Development
- Coaching
- Communication and Conflict Management
