Possessing an innate ability to understand the culture of the teams and individuals she works with, Suzi draws upon 15 years of experience in the fields of communication, education and performance to promote interpersonal clarity in her audiences and facilitate change.
Suzi has experience in diverse industry sectors locally and internationally and works in both the private and public arena. She is working currently in the area of Relationship Management with project teams in infrastructure delivery, while putting emphasis on the importance of leadership in developing sustainable safety cultures in both individual teams and organisations.
